Rental House Gets a New Roof
Ms. Kathi C. of Hanahan states that when major work is done on any rental property that it is really important to be considerate of the renter. In this case, the renter was ill so some extra care needed to take place. For this reason, Ms. Kathi was extremely grateful to Tri-County Roofing and how they handled the job and how smoothly it went. Tri-County Roofing was very professional, returning phone calls promptly and starting and finishing the work at the agreed upon time. Ms. Kathi was informed by the Tri-County team as to the procedure if any hidden damages were discovered during the roofing replacement process. She noted that the team did follow the procedure as it was explained to her. She also stated that the bid was competitive and she would be more than happy to do business with Tri-County Roofing again. Ms. Kathi reported that it has rained since the work was completed and the renter gave a good report of everything remaining dry inside.
