Community Outreach

Trico Exteriors gives back to our community.

We understand the value of community. Trico Exteriors leaders have lived in the Charleston area for several generations. All of our employees live in the area. We understand that generosity strengthens a community, and that a vital community is important to everyone.
Trico Exteriors is actively involved in innovative community outreach. We sponsor community events and organizations such as Little League teams, and high school football games.

We’ve also been active in the following community outreach programs:

Debbie’s Kids

In 2010, we partnered with this Salvation Army program to provide a free Christmas roof to someone in the community in need. Trico Exteriors donated the labor and GAF donated the shingles. The program had more than 3,000 applicants. Trico Exteriors provided a Christmas roof, at no charge, for a cancer patient. When that person passed on, Trico Exteriors provided another roof for a woman with a serious medical condition.

2012 Breast Cancer Fundraiser

During September 15 – October 15, 2012 Trico Exteriors will donate 1 percent of profits to The Breast Cancer Fundraiser. We’ll further raise awareness of the fight against breast cancer; all employees will wear pink and trucks will be pink for the fundraiser.

Roofs for Troops

Trico Exteriors is a veteran-owned company, and we support our troops. In 2015, Trico Exteriors and GAF are again partnering in a program called Roofs for Troops. Active Military, Veterans, and retirees will receive a $250 rebate on a GAF Lifetime Roofing System. Go to GAF Roof For Troops for more information.

A Community mission that doubled as weekend fun! Our team had the honor of helping the Mini World Changers give a makeover to a local neighborhood. Trico Exteriors was able to donate to three houses with roofing materials and our sales team provide labor hours for one of the roofs. 175 youth from the communities of Summerville and New Bern, North Carolina came together to clean years, complete painting projects, and worked on roofs. What a weekend!
