The following email was sent to Tri-County Roofing by Mr. Leon of Goose Creek. We replaced Mr. Leon?s roof with GAF Timberline HD Shakewood shingles.

?We recently had our roof replaced by Tri-County Roofing and appreciate the help we received from JJ Outen through the entire process. It started with a leak after a heavy storm. I called numerous roofing contractors but only received a response from Tri-County.

?JJ showed up at our house the next day while my wife and I were at work and called me to ask about the location of the leak. I explained what I had seen and he called about 15 minutes later and told me he had repaired a spot in the same location and it was a simple nail pop that he repaired at no charge. (It was raining at the time.) We never had another leak in that location even though the down pours continued.

Over the next week, I talked with two other contractors that liked to use a ?Do it now, cause a price increase is coming? tactic that I found irritating. One company gave me a three day price guarantee and the other gave a two week guarantee. There was no limit on Tri-County?s estimate and they came in lower than their competitors. I made the obvious choice to go with Tri-County Roofing.
